Common questions
What does AS-IS mean here?+
The vehicle is sold in its present condition. The posted FTC Buyers Guide states the terms. Ask us to walk through the signed PDI and what we found.
What is the FTC Buyers Guide?+
The federal window form on every used vehicle. It tells you the sale terms and where responsibility sits.
How does the reservation list work?+
It is free: name, contact, and the unit you want. No payment and no hold. You get first-priority contact when the unit arrives or photos drop.
Can I hold a unit before it arrives?+
The only way to hold a unit is payment in full. Holds require payment in full and are non-refundable. All sales AS-IS with posted FTC Buyers Guide. Reservations placed under the previous published terms keep those terms.
How long does an import take?+
Typically 8-12 weeks from winning bid. We confirm timing per vehicle and send auction, shipping, and landing updates.
Can I buy a car before I land on Guam?+
Yes. Message the desk on WhatsApp from the states, pick a unit, and join the free reservation list for first-priority contact when it lands - or lock it outright with payment in full. With the paperwork lined up ahead, you can close within days of landing.
How long does a POV shipment to Guam take?+
Plan on 60-90 days on the water. Our long-term rentals cover the gap, and a portion of paid rent applies to the deal if you buy from the lot.
What fees do you charge on top of the price?+
One $500 documentation fee, shown in every unit's drive-away breakdown - not surprised on you at the desk. The desk confirms your exact drive-away total before you commit.
Do you buy cars from people PCSing out of Guam?+
Yes. We buy outright, or take the vehicle on consignment and handle the sale after you fly. Start the conversation four to six weeks before your flight.
Can I use Navy Federal or USAA?+
Yes. Pre-approvals are welcome. Bring the draft or approval. We handle the sale paperwork; we do not arrange financing.
Who handles title and registration?+
We do. You sign a limited power of attorney, we file with DRT, then deliver the plates and registration card after filing.
What is Worx Care?+
A complimentary scheduled-maintenance benefit on designated units. It does not change the AS-IS sale status.
Do you take trade-ins?+
Bring it in. We price every trade vehicle-by-vehicle.
Can I sell a vehicle with a lien?+
Yes. Lien payoff is handled in the closing paperwork.
Can I ship an older truck stateside?+
Vehicles over 25 years old may qualify under the federal age exemption. Chassis and build-date documentation must be clean.
What should I budget beyond the posted price?+
The $500 documentation fee, shown in every unit's drive-away breakdown, plus DRT registration - which we file for you. The desk confirms your exact drive-away total in writing before you commit.
Can I get an independent inspection before I buy?+
Yes. An independent inspection before purchase is welcome - your mechanic, your call. The signed PDI is also on file for every listed unit; ask to read it at the desk.
Does rent apply toward buying a car?+
If you rent from us and buy from the lot during the rental, a portion of paid rent applies to the deal. Ask the desk for the current terms when you book.
Is Worx Care tied to me or the vehicle?+
It is tied to the VIN. The benefit runs 36 months from delivery; missed intervals are forfeited and nothing rolls over or runs past 36 months.
What documents do I sign at closing?+
Bill of sale, odometer disclosure, and a notarized limited power of attorney. We file the DRT title transfer and registration, then deliver plates. Payment by cashier's check or wire.
How fast can I drive away after landing on Guam?+
With paperwork lined up from the states - unit picked, pre-approval or funds ready, drive-away total confirmed - you can close within days of landing.
Can you help ship a vehicle I buy here to the mainland?+
Units over 25 years old may qualify for mainland entry under the federal age exemption, and we offer flat-rate POV shipment prep for the agricultural cleanliness inspection. Ask the desk about export and shipping arrangements to CONUS.
Where are you?+
